LIVE WEALTH EXCHANGE ONLINE

Where It All Began — The full journey from an ambitious community idea to high-frequency quantitative trading on CXM Direct Cent Account PAMM.

Live Wealth Exchange Online Community

The Live Wealth Exchange Online Community.

01. Where It All Began

Before explaining what Live Wealth Exchange Online is today, it is important to understand where the idea actually came from.

The story began with a group of people who wanted to find a better way to build wealth together.

The question was simple: what kind of business could we create as a group that could benefit the whole community, not only individual members?

We wanted something affordable enough for ordinary people to participate in. Something that could operate online because members were living in different parts of South Africa. Something that would not depend on transportation, physical premises, warehouses, stock or complicated logistics.

We also wanted to use technology to reduce the amount of hard physical work required. The goal was to build something that could operate efficiently through systems and automation, allowing the community to focus on building the business rather than spending every day doing manual work.

So we opened the floor to ideas.

Members brought different ideas, and each one was considered against what we were trying to achieve. We were not simply looking for any business. We were looking for something that could bring our combined resources, skills, intelligence, knowledge and expertise together and create value for the whole organization.

After going through the different possibilities, high-frequency quantitative trading in the financial markets emerged as the business model that best matched what we were looking for.

That was the point where the journey entered a completely new stage.

02. The First Structure

Once we had chosen the business, we had to figure out how the community could participate.

The first idea was to pool funds together and allow the admin to use a personal trading account to trade the community's pooled funds.

It sounded simple, but it immediately raised important questions.

• Who would control the money?

• Who would be responsible for the funds?

• What happens if something goes wrong?

• How would members know that their money was safe?

• Who would have access to withdrawals?

These were not small questions. They were exactly the kind of questions we needed to ask before putting people's money into any structure.

Then someone brought forward another idea.

What if we used a PAMM account instead?

With a PAMM structure, members could participate through their own accounts within a regulated broker's infrastructure. Each member could maintain control over their own deposits and withdrawals rather than handing their money directly to another person.

The idea made much more sense.

No member would need to give another member access to withdraw from their account. The trading system could manage the trading strategy through the PAMM structure while the participating members remained within the broker's account infrastructure.

After discussion, the PAMM idea became the preferred direction.

03. The Search For The Right PAMM

Choosing PAMM was one thing. Finding the right broker and the right PAMM structure was another.

We needed something that could work for members in South Africa, was affordable for a new organization, gave us enough control over the PAMM settings, and was suitable for our high-frequency quantitative trading system.

We searched.

Eventually, we settled on InstaForex as an option, but it did not solve the problem.

The interface was not user-friendly enough for what we wanted to build. More importantly, the available PAMM structure did not give us the affordable Cent Account solution we needed.

Our trading system requires sufficient equity to operate sustainably. Starting with a standard account meant that we would need considerably more capital than the organization could comfortably contribute as a startup.

That meant we had to make a difficult decision.

We had to abort the InstaForex direction.

It was not about simply finding any broker. We were looking for a structure that actually matched the way our system was designed to operate.

04. The Second Direction

We then looked at copy trading through Headway.

At first, copy trading appeared to offer a practical solution.

But as we examined it more carefully, we discovered another limitation.

Copy trading is not the same as pooling the capital behind one trading strategy.

The system can copy trades from one account to other accounts, but that does not create the same level of combined equity that our trading system needs.

For a high-frequency quantitative system, sufficient equity is important. Greater equity can provide more room for the system to operate and can allow risk to be managed more conservatively.

We therefore realized that copy trading was not the final answer either.

We did not want to keep changing direction simply because something was available. We wanted to find the structure that actually fitted the organization and the trading system.

What we really needed was a Cent Account PAMM.

05. The Search Continued

The problem was that affordable Cent Account PAMM structures are not easy to find.

Many brokers offer PAMM. Many offer Cent Accounts.

But finding both together, with the right trading conditions, suitable access for South African members, sufficient leverage, flexible PAMM settings and conditions suitable for our high-frequency quantitative system proved extremely difficult.

We were disappointed.

But we refused to give up.

We continued searching.

That search eventually led us to CXM Direct.

06. The Piece We Were Looking For

CXM Direct provided the Cent Account PAMM structure we had been looking for.

The Cent Account made the starting point much more affordable for a developing organization. It also gave us the flexibility we needed to configure the PAMM structure around our trading system instead of forcing the system into a structure that did not fit.

The trading conditions were also much closer to what we needed, particularly because our system trades gold.

We found suitable leverage, lower-spread conditions, swap-free account options and flexibility in the PAMM settings.

For us, this was an important breakthrough.

The problem was no longer finding a PAMM.

The problem was no longer finding an affordable starting point.

The structure we had been searching for was finally available.

CXM Direct is part of the wider CXM Group, which has regulated entities in several jurisdictions. Our participation is structured through the broker's PAMM infrastructure rather than members sending their trading funds directly to the organization or to an individual.

There was still one practical issue.

The platform did not provide the South African bank EFT deposit option we would have preferred.

But cryptocurrency provides another practical route. A South African member can use a local cryptocurrency service such as VALR to purchase cryptocurrency through supported South African payment methods and then use the cryptocurrency route supported by the broker.

So even that obstacle has a workable solution.

07. The Obstacle Is Finally Behind Us

Looking back, the journey was not a straight line.

We started with the idea of pooling funds into an admin-managed trading account.

Questions about control and security led us to PAMM.

The search for a suitable PAMM led us to InstaForex.

The limitations of that structure led us away from it.

We then explored Headway copy trading, only to discover that copying trades was not the same as having the combined equity and structure our system needed.

We could have stopped there.

Instead, we kept searching.

That is one of the most important parts of the story of Live Wealth Exchange Online.

When one door did not work, we did not surrender. We looked for another way.

Eventually, we found a structure that brings together the things we had been searching for: affordability, Cent Account access, PAMM functionality, flexible settings and trading conditions suitable for our quantitative trading system.

"Every journey of a million miles begins with a single step."

08. The Platform Is Ready

Today, the foundation we spent so much time searching for is finally in place.

✓ The community is here.
✓ The vision is here.
✓ The technology is here.
✓ The algorithmic trading system is here.
✓ The financial structure we were looking for is here.

The next stage is no longer about endlessly searching for the right structure.

Now we have to do the business.

We have to participate responsibly, learn, invest carefully, support one another and continue improving what we have built.

Members can bring their ideas forward. No idea should simply be dismissed without proper consideration. The strength of a community is that different people bring different intelligence, experience, resources and perspectives.

We learn by asking questions, not by keeping quiet.

The goal has always been bigger than simply having a trading system.

The goal is to use our combined resources, skills, intelligence, knowledge and technology to create wealth together in a smarter way.

We are building something where people can work together in Ubuntu, take responsibility for their future and families, and create opportunities through technology rather than depending only on traditional hard manual work.

There are no guarantees in financial markets. The system can experience losses, and every member must understand the risks before participating.

But we now have a foundation to move forward.

The searching phase has brought us here.

Now comes the building phase.
